Depending on the nature of your membership with ZAP you may enter or provide personal information such as your name, phone number, address and email address.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with ZAP.

What's more we offer flexible posting options for Landlords' to maintain their privacy to the degree they desire.

Posting your contact details:

ZAP provides property owners the ability to maintain the privacy of their contact information while also allowing interested parties to contact them direct to their email via ZAP without being privy to your email address.
You can request to be contacted:
a) Via ZAP's secure email function which allows interested parties to contact you direct to your email, without being able to the view your email address on first contact.
b) Via Phone - you may post your phone number on ZAP and members can contact you that way.
c) Both of the above.

Posting your Property Address:

Landlords have various options to indicate the property they are offering for sale or rent. They may either:
a) Post their full address
b) Post as little as just the building name, estate name or neighbourhood in the case of houses - you may then pass on the full details at your discretion to interested parties.
c) Post a selection of floor, unit number to give prospective a good indication of which property you own, without giving the exact address.
